You must be a human being to create an account. Accounts registered by automated means, bots, scripts or other non-human methods are not permitted and may be terminated without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Astroyogi operates on a prepaid wallet system. Users must recharge their Astroyogi wallet before availing paid consultation services or purchasing products. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments made to Astroyogi are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways. We do not store credit/debit card information on our servers. By making a payment, you authorise us to charge the selected amount to your chosen payment method.
Promotional credits, cashbacks and bonus amounts have no cash value and cannot be transferred, encashed or refunded.
Consultation services once initiated are non-refundable. However, if a technical issue on Astroyogi's end interrupts a paid consultation, the deducted amount may be credited back to your Astroyogi wallet at our sole discretion.
For product purchases, refunds will be processed as per our return and refund policy outlined at the time of purchase. Physical products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery subject to the item being unused and in its original packaging.
All content on the Astroyogi platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software and the compilation thereof is the property of NextGen Global Astro Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.
Astroyogi's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Astroyogi does not guarantee the accuracy of astrological predictions, and we are not responsible for any decisions you make based on content provided on our platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextGen Global Astro Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Astroyogi in the three months prior to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Astroyogi's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
